01. Scope and eligibility
This draft sets out proposed terms for optional Nexora membership and coin purchases on Android. It is intended for users aged 18 and over. A subscription is optional; the available plans and specific entitlements are shown within the app before purchase.
The applicable purchase offer identifies the billing period, price, included features, and any coin benefits. Do not assume a benefit is included unless it is stated in the offer you select.
02. Purchase and activation
Android purchases are processed through Google Play. Before confirming, review the total price, currency, taxes where applicable, payment schedule, and any promotion or trial conditions shown by the store.
Membership or purchased coins are delivered after the purchase is confirmed and the entitlement is recognised by Nexora. If a purchase remains pending or an entitlement is missing, contact support with your user ID and the relevant purchase reference. Do not provide full card details or payment passwords.
03. Billing and renewal
An auto-renewing subscription continues for successive billing periods unless cancelled through Google Play. The renewal price and billing frequency are those presented in the purchase flow, subject to any later changes communicated in accordance with store rules and applicable law.
If a prepaid, non-renewing plan is offered, it expires at the end of its stated term. Promotional pricing and free trials apply only where explicitly offered. Review the offer to see when payment starts and what price applies afterward.
04. Manage or cancel
On your Android device, open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Select Nexora and follow the cancellation instructions. You can also use the Google Play subscription management page.
For a standard auto-renewing subscription, cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues for the period already paid for. Uninstalling Nexora, removing local data, or simply not using the app does not cancel the subscription.

05. Coins and membership benefits
Coin packages are separate one-time purchases unless an offer expressly includes coins as a membership benefit. Coins may be used only for the virtual features and content available in Nexora, at the cost displayed in the app.
Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred outside Nexora. Membership does not make every coin-based action free unless the selected offer explicitly says so. Cancelling a subscription does not itself refund previous coin spending.
Any coin award, its quantity, and when it is delivered must be described in the selected offer. Benefits not included in that offer should not be assumed.
06. Refunds and purchase issues
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, timing, your location, applicable consumer law, and Google Play's rules. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Nothing in this agreement limits a non-waivable right to a refund or other remedy.
Review Google Play's refund policy and the refund options for your purchase. A refunded or reversed purchase may result in the associated membership entitlement or unspent purchased coins being removed, subject to applicable law.
For missing purchases or incorrect coin delivery, contact Nexora support. We may need your user ID and purchase reference to investigate.
07. Changes and availability
Available plans, features, and prices may change. Any material change affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with Google Play requirements and applicable consumer law, including notice or consent where required.
Membership does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party AI services. If paid content or services are not delivered as described, the remedies available under applicable law remain in place.
