01. Our approach
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexora handles information when you use our Android AI companion app. Nexora is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over.
Our core service records are limited to your user ID, coin information, and subscription information. Conversations and personal app settings are saved on your phone. AI conversations also require remote processing: the content needed to generate a reply is transmitted to an external AI service, as explained below. Local storage does not mean that chat content never leaves your phone.

02. Core service records
We use the following categories to associate your in-app identity with your purchases and available benefits:
We do not require your real name, date of birth, home address, contacts, or precise location to use these core services. Payment card details are handled by Google Play and its payment providers; Nexora does not receive or store your full card details.
03. Remote AI processing
When you send a message, the app transmits that message, relevant recent conversation context, the selected character instructions, and the language context needed for a response to a remote AI service. If you choose to send an image, that image is transmitted for analysis as part of the request. Your photo library is not uploaded automatically.
The current AI integration uses OpenRouter to route requests to an underlying AI model provider. These services process the submitted content to generate responses. Network requests also expose technical information, such as an IP address, to the services receiving them. Provider processing locations and retention practices may vary with the service and model used. Depending on the model and provider settings, an underlying model provider may retain submitted content or use it to improve its models.
We do not describe remote AI processing as entirely on-device, and we do not promise zero retention by all external providers. See OpenRouter's Privacy Policy for its practices. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, identification documents, or other sensitive information in a conversation.
04. Information on your phone
Your conversation history, selected character appearances, app preferences, and other local app state are stored on your phone for use within Nexora. We do not maintain a separate cloud backup of that local conversation history.
Local conversation content may still be included in an AI request when needed to continue a conversation. This is separate from maintaining a cloud backup. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local data. Device backup and restore services, if enabled by you, operate under the device provider's settings and policies.
Use the app's local data controls or your Android app storage settings to remove locally stored information. Removing local data does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
05. Use and sharing
We use user ID, coin, and subscription records to provide paid features, verify purchase delivery, prevent duplicate credits, resolve purchase problems, and meet applicable legal obligations. Chat content is transmitted to AI providers to deliver the replies you request.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by providers needed to deliver the AI or payment functionality described here, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Google Play operates under Google's Privacy Policy.
If you contact us directly, we also receive the contact details and information you choose to include in your message or call. We use those details to address your request. This voluntary support correspondence is separate from the app's core service records.
06. Retention and protection
We keep core service records only for as long as needed to deliver your coin and membership entitlements, resolve purchase disputes, or satisfy applicable legal retention requirements. Records no longer needed for those purposes are deleted or de-identified. Retention by external AI and payment providers is subject to their own applicable terms and policies.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information being handled, including encrypted HTTPS connections for remote AI requests and restricted handling of service records. No device or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Remote service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those requirements apply to the relevant processing.
07. Your choices and rights
You can choose what to send to an AI character, avoid attaching images, stop using online AI features, and remove data stored on your device. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
To exercise an applicable right, contact zyntheriontechnologies@gmail.com. Include your Nexora user ID where needed to identify the relevant service records. We may request proportionate information to verify the request. Some purchase records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Where applicable, we process information to perform our service contract, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate service and security interests. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that already occurred. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
08. Adults, website and updates
Nexora is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly provide the service to children. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
These informational webpages do not set advertising cookies or use analytics scripts. Opening an external store, AI-provider policy, or contact link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. A hosting provider may process the connection information needed to serve these webpages.
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required. The effective date will identify the current version.
