01. Eligibility and acceptance

These User Agreement terms govern your use of Nexora on Android, including AI character conversations, character appearances, coins, and optional membership. By using Nexora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Do not use Nexora if you are under 18.

02. The AI companion experience

Nexora offers conversations with fictional AI characters for entertainment and personal exploration. Characters are generated experiences, not real people. AI replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or inappropriate, and should be assessed using your own judgment.

Nexora does not provide professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency services. Do not rely on an AI reply for decisions requiring a qualified professional. If you need urgent assistance, contact an appropriate local emergency service.

Online AI features require an internet connection and may depend on third-party service availability. Character content, appearances, and feature availability may evolve over time.

03. Responsible use

You are responsible for the content you choose to send and for using the app lawfully. Do not:

  • Use Nexora to exploit, sexualise, or endanger children, or submit illegal content.
  • Threaten, harass, impersonate, or violate another person's rights or privacy.
  • Submit content that you do not have the right to use or share.
  • Attempt to compromise the service, bypass payment restrictions, manipulate coins, or disrupt other users.
  • Use the app to facilitate fraud, violence, or other unlawful conduct.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service, or comply with law. Any action affecting paid services remains subject to your applicable consumer rights.

04. Subscriptions and coins

Nexora offers optional subscriptions and one-time purchases of in-app coins through Google Play. The applicable price, currency, billing period, included benefits, and any renewal terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase. Paid features are optional.

Coins are virtual items used within Nexora. They are not currency, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold or transferred outside the app. The coin cost of an action is shown in the app. A coin purchase does not itself create a subscription.

Subscriptions may renew automatically where described in the purchase offer. Review and manage subscriptions through Google Play. Deleting the app or clearing its data does not cancel a subscription.

Additional terms for membership, renewal, cancellation, and virtual purchases are set out in the Membership Agreement linked prominently above. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

05. Your content and app materials

You retain any rights you have in the text and images you submit. You permit Nexora and the service providers needed for the requested feature to process that content to deliver your conversation or other selected functionality. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Nexora.

Nexora's app design, character artwork, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use the app in accordance with these terms. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit app materials without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits it.

AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. We do not promise exclusive ownership of generated content.

06. Privacy and local storage

The Privacy Policy linked in the top navigation explains the use of your user ID, coin and subscription records, local app storage, and remote AI processing. Content that you send to an AI character may be transmitted to external AI services to generate a reply.

Protect access to your phone. Clearing app storage, using a local data reset, or uninstalling the app can remove local conversations and settings. Do not assume those items can be recovered from a cloud backup maintained by Nexora.

07. Availability and your rights

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI responses. Features may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems, or external provider outages.

To the extent permitted by law, Nexora is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights and remedies that consumer law guarantees to you, including for paid content or services that are defective or not provided as described.

You may stop using Nexora at any time. Manage any active subscription separately through Google Play. Restrictions or termination do not remove any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

08. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. When required, we will notify you of material changes before they apply. Changes to paid subscriptions are also subject to applicable store rules and consumer protections.
